          根據公司戰略規劃,在上級領導要求下,進行潛在項目引進或合作(海外新藥的引進),整合內外資源,發展和維護政府關系和公共關系等,協調各種關系,協助和促進研發中心的發展。 Project management Formulate project plans, consolidate information into a cohesive proposal, anticipate areas of uncertainty and follow up accordingly. Support transaction process from end to end, including preliminary evaluations, due diligence, making recommendations to senior management on path forward and eventual negotiations, ensuring alignment of all stakeholders internal or external with best in class project management. Work with other functional teams such as marketing, medical, commercial, regulatory, R&D, Legal, Finance, etc to analyse and come up with recommendations for new business development opportunities, including commercial interest, business model and deal structure, etc. Facilitate evaluation of certain ad-hoc strategic projects, for example those in new therapy areas. Conduct secondary research, work with cross-functional teams to identify information needs, run market research or consulting projects to obtain information, prepare recommendations for senior management. Communicate professionally and in a timely manner with external stakeholders such as potential business partners Sourcing for and identification of new projects Support Director in the sourcing for new business development opportunities based on requirements from internal stakeholders Screen databases and maintain network of external partners for potential new business opportunities Participate in relevant conferences, prepare pre-work and conduct necessary post conference follow-up Conduct necessary data analysis, product / company profiling, preparation of capabilities presentations as would be needed in advance. Information and process management Play an active role in the development of the knowledge base of the team, including participation in the identification of key information needs and provision of recommendations on how to obtain them Lead ad hoc market research/strategic analysis projects Seek to align and provide input / participate in the improvement of various internal processes related to business development, including tracking tools, maintainence of BD networks and contacts, templates preparations and other best practices.
          Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree. Finance / MBA / post-grad qualification will be an advantage Experience & knowledge: 2-5 years of work experience (familiarity with the healthcare industry with marketing/consulting/PE/VC background would be strongly preferred) in BD or other higly related fields Excellent project management and analytical skills, with experience in an environment requiring significant data analysis and cross-functional interaction. Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel Core competencies: Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal Able to think analytically and strategically, synthesize information quickly and logically Superior interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Commitment to teamwork and able to lead a cross functional team Curious nature with broad outlook, able to think and work independently Structured and process oriented Ability to work under pressure Ability to maintain ethical, professional and positive attitude and behaviour
